Our Policies

Ensuring the Best Experience

In an effort to best serve our clients, please refer to the following salon and spa policies.


We recommend you schedule your appointment in advance in order to obtain your preferred date, time and service provider.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client forms (new clients), and to prepare for the service. All appointments have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed experience.


Service Pricing is subject to change. All prices are the service starting price and may change depending on various factors. 


We welcome clients of all ages, but require adult supervision for all guests under the age of 13.


We ask that clients call the salon and notify the front desk if they will be arriving late for their scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will try our best to offer you the time remaining on your appointment. In some instances, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to a different time.


We require at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. We reserve the right to payment in full on all scheduled services on cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times, they may be asked to pre-pay for future services.


Clients who fail to show for appointments may be subject to pay the full amount of the service price. Clients who no show on more than one occasion may be asked to pre-pay for future services or attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments.


We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks, and Novelle Salon and Day Spa Gift Cards.
We do NOT accept American Express.
Gratuity is accepted in Cash Only. We do not give cash back on any method of payment.


Tips can be given in cash only. Adding money onto credit cards, checks, or salon gift cards is not permitted.
